When opposing worldviews, beliefs, and ideas clash irreconcilably, the value of dialogue may appear lost. Neither side listens, resentment builds, and the thought of working together seems impossible. However, with the right skills, we can help people feel heard, resolve conflict, and inspire collaborative efforts. Through experiential learning such as role play, participants will gain practical skills to lead even the most contentious of conversations, whether stemming from disagreements on work projects or deeply held beliefs on broader societal issues.

The atrocities committed against innocent Palestinians and Israelis have shaken our world community. Providing a forum for colleagues to hold space for one another is crucial to promoting and preserving a culture of inclusion. However, facilitating constructive dialogue around the Middle East crisis presents many challenges. Our aim is to help organizations ensure that all staff, regardless of identity, feel valued and respected. We help strengthen their ability to communicate across divides, disrupt stereotypes, and hold space for one another with a focus on shared values.
Reframe power and position to inspire excellence. Effective leaders go beyond driving organizational goals; they excel in building strong relationships with their teams. While a commanding leadership style may control immediate behaviors and short-term productivity, it often fails to establish the trust required for sustained success. The empathic leadership program develops your ability to cultivate authentic connections and inspire loyalty, trust, and motivation. Participants will understand the common pitfalls of authority structures and how to apply a 5-part empathy model for greater self-awareness.
Also known as DEI 101, this course is a perfect introduction to the principles of diversity, equity, and inclusion for leaders and individual contributors alike. In a relaxed and open atmosphere, participants will explore the many dimensions of diversity, the meaning of equity, and how inclusion (and exclusion) manifests at work and in communities. It will also allow for a safe and judgment-free zone to ask questions you might be afraid to ask, like "Why is there so much focus on race? Is systemic racism really a thing? What should I say when....?" Available online or in-person.
All Arabs are not Muslim and most Muslims are not Arab; and yet, the most common anti-Arab tropes are steeped in Islamophobic
rhetoric. In this workshop, participants will explore prevalent misconceptions and stereotypes about these communities, while
examining the factors leading to Western perceptions and parallels with related forms of discrimination. Practical strategies for promoting inclusion and allyship will equip attendees with tools to promote an environment where all Arabs, regardless of faith, and all Muslims, regardless of ethnic origin, can feel comfortable to show up fully and authentically.
This workshop empowers participants to foster inclusivity and support for Muslim colleagues. We begin by exploring the lived experiences of Muslims in Western workplaces, where Islamophobia and anti-Muslim rhetoric often create a sense of alienation. Participants will gain a foundational understanding of Islam, its practices, and how these intersect with professional settings. Through interactive discussions, we address harmful workplace behaviors, provide actionable strategies for allyship, and share inclusive practices to create environments where everyone feels respected and valued. This session is an essential step toward building understanding and cultivating belonging in diverse teams.
