FAITH BASED INCLUSION

This workshop empowers participants to foster inclusivity and support for Muslim colleagues. We begin by exploring the lived experiences of Muslims in Western workplaces, where Islamophobia and anti-Muslim rhetoric often create a sense of alienation. Participants will gain a foundational understanding of Islam, its practices, and how these intersect with professional settings. Through interactive discussions, we address harmful workplace behaviors, provide actionable strategies for allyship, and share inclusive practices to create environments where everyone feels respected and valued. This session is an essential step toward building understanding and cultivating belonging in diverse teams.
